One of the priorities of the “Instituto Valenciano of Infertility” is the personalized attention to all the couples with infertility problems, as we consider them the center of our activity.
Our work is based in offering services with a sort of guidelines that difference us from the rest, in regards to the quality of them.
We want to work creating a pleasant environment for all
our staff, with the aim of transmitting this positive environment to our patient’s perception.
Is because all of this, that we put lot of effort in the study and follow up of our activities and services, as well as of our patients, with the aim of establish and keep the requirements of them, and at the same time, set up a Continued Improvement strategy.
IVI is compromised with the Continued Improvement, and with the incorporation of the KAIZEN culture in all the organization, and trough an specific program, it is applied to the diagnose methods, to the
treatments performed, and to the business management.
Besides, one of the mechanism of IVI improvement, is the development of a quality management system, according to the requirements of the
international quality regulation UNE-EN ISO 9001, in which IVI is certified since April 2007.
The model of Quality Management System taken by
IVI Clinics is based in the strategic, key and support processes that are detailed in the Quality Handbook.
The Management wants to put at employees as well at patients disposition, the Quality Handbook, with the aim of showing the compromise that IVI Clinics have with the development and implantation of the Quality Management System, as well as the continued improvement of its effectiveness.
