Since IVI began operating, we have made an effort to keep up continuous training for all our professionals and to maintain our facilities in the best technical and environmental conditions in order to achieve the best embryo development. We constantly update our electromedical equipment, providing the best possible availability of technology, and therefore, year after year, we manage to maintain and even improve our high pregnancy and implantation rates.

4.- Made-to-measure cooperation with you

You decide the level of cooperation you want in each case and what kind of treatment. If you wish, we can deal with everything from scheduling the insemination cycle or embryo transfer to ovarian stimulation and check-ups. Or if you prefer, you can be in charge of the stimulation and check-ups, while we take care of insemination or follicular puncture at the IVF laboratory. Another option is for you yourself to perform the puncture and the embryo transfer at our facilities.

5.-  Direct, constant information about your patients

Any information or any question that may have to be dealt with during treatment will be consulted with you beforehand. Furthermore, you can contact us directly to make inter-consultations, even if these may not be directly related to a specific patient.

6.- The patient always remains your patient

At IVI, the patient will always be aware that their doctor in charge is you and that we are providing a very specific service. When we have confirmed the clinical gestation, the patient will return to your surgery with our discharge report.

9.- Teaching and the University Vocation Programme

Over 100 courses are taught per year, notable among which are the University Master’s in Reproductive Medicine and another in laparoscopic surgery. IVI’s teaching programme includes numerous fields of diagnosis and treatment for sterility and pregnancy from various perspectives: medicine, surgery, biology, the law, psychology, research, nursing, etc. IVI Valencia is a University Institute which has been affiliated to the University of Valencia since 2004.

10.- Applied research

From the outset we have based ourselves on three fundamental pillars: excellence in health care, teaching and training, and research. All of our IVI clinics invest a percentage of their income in the Fundación IVI, which is the organisation that articulates our research activity. The different projects are geared towards optimising the results of current Assisted Reproduction treatment, seeking new alternatives, and preventing and combatting its adverse effects. Some of our lines of research are carried out entirely in our clinics, and others are undertaken jointly with other hospitals and Universities from other countries. The results from our research have already allowed us to apply improvements and to develop techniques that have improved our results and have also given us the chance to obtain funding for new projects from different official bodies.
